Many people can’t afford it, are too embarrassed or even scared to talk to therapist. Call your insurance provider, you’ll be surprised on the services they have, its so worth it! One of the worst things to do is self diagnose or to diagnose someone. Also, try to avoid using negative verbiage to define a person or situation. Venting to friends and family might help u temporarily feel good about urself but it won’t resolve the issue.
